When shopping for custom quality ready made draperies there are a few details that can make the selection process easier...such as:
- Window measurements, including the distance between the top of the window and the ceiling,top of the window to the floor and the width of wall on either side of the window. (Reference above diagram, print this out to easily fill in your measurements.)
- Physical examples of the fabrics in the room such as pillows, sofa arm guards, throws, and any other fabrics visible in adjoining rooms.
- Pictures of the room, the window, the rug, artwork and architectural details/focal points.
- Any other object or picture that inspires you or shows the style that you want to incorporate into your room.
